Proximity to Developing Markets Transportation Kahramanmaraş is located in the north of Eastern Mediterranean region. Due to advantageous location it is possible to reach metropolitan cities (Adana & Gaziantep) by motorways and railways around the province. Bus Terminal is 4 km away from city centre and has a lot of destinations to other parts of Turkey like Istanbul, Ankara and etc. Urban transportation is provided by Municipality by buses and midi-buses.
Railway transportation is available at Narlı Railway Station in the town of Narlı (Approximately 30 km from Kahramanmaraş) is operating for passenger and freight services. The railway passing through Gaziantep connects the Adana-Malatya railway to the Aleppo-Bagdad railway and the Carchemish-Cerablus railway stations.
Scheduled flights operate from Kahramanmaraş Airport to some major domestic destinations, like Istanbul and Ankara. Airport is located in South-east of Kahramanmaraş near Gaziantep-Pazarcık peripheral highway and 5 km from city centre. A taxi service from/to airport is also available.
